Presenters Sought for 2008 Genealogy Conference

The theme of the 2008 Genealogy Conference at Ironworld is “Out of the Dark: Shedding Light on Your Family History.” The Iron Range Research Center, located at Ironworld’s Museum, is requesting written proposals from presenters.

Presentation length should be 50 minutes total: 45 minutes with 5 minutes allowed for questions.

Proposals should be 250 to 500 words, explaining what topic is to be covered, why it is important, how it relates to genealogical research for Iron Rangers, and who would be the intended audience.

All proposals will be considered.
